I don't know why several weeks ago my stolen internet wouldn't allow me to upload photos, but today it is, but I have finally posted pictures of my little French home. A nice place to be, if I do say so myself.
I was awarded a Watson Fellowship in March of 2007. With it, from June 2007 to June 2008*, I traveled the world - namely Mexico, India, France, Italy, and Egypt - to look at the dietary and culinary shifts which have taken place due to changes in farming of staple crops because of technological advancements and swings in the political climate. Essentially, asked people why they eat the breads they do. This blog chronicled my plans, thoughts, meals, and adventure. After the adventure, I got a real job and moved into a real apartment in a real big city. My scatter-shot thoughts continue to appear here.
If you're not the type to check websites or you don't have an RSS feed (you can feed the posts on this page by clicking here) - I would be happy to e-mail the posts to you like a good ol' fashion mass e-mail. Just shoot me an e-mail at my firstname.lastname@gmail.com and I will add you to the list.
My first name is Nathan. My last name is Leamy. Rock.
